By creating an account or using Gamify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users of the Service, including Free and Premium account holders.
Gamify is a web-based platform that allows users to create interactive educational games (including quizzes, timelines, word searches, card matching, map quizzes, hangman, categorization games, and fill-in-the-blank exercises) from user-provided datasets. Games can be shared via a unique link, embedded in websites, or printed as QR codes.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Free plan: Includes up to 3 games, up to 3 datasets, and access to Quiz and Card Match game types.
Premium plan: Includes unlimited games and datasets, all 8 game types, leaderboards, custom branding, and QR codes. Premium is available as a monthly (€9/month) or annual (€99/year) subscription. Prices are exclusive of applicable VAT, which will be applied based on your country of residence.
Subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain ownership of all datasets, game content, and other materials you upload or create on the platform ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Gamify a limited license to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable law. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Gamify and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gamify and its licensors. The platform's name, logo, and design are protected trademarks.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.
