Gamify is a platform for creating interactive educational games. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our Service.

Account data: Name, email address, encrypted password, and the date you accepted our Terms.

Billing data: For Premium subscribers, payment is processed by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer ID — we do not store full card details.

Content data: Datasets you upload, games you create, and game configuration settings.

Usage data: Number of game plays, leaderboard entries (player names and scores submitted by your players), and branding preferences.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, and access logs, collected automatically for security and performance monitoring.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, subscription updates)
• To send product updates and tips, if you have opted in
• To monitor for abuse and ensure platform security

6. Leaderboard Data

When players submit their name to a leaderboard, that name and score are stored and displayed publicly within the game. Players are informed of this at the point of submission. Game owners (our users) are responsible for informing their own players appropriately.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records for 5 years under EU tax regulations).

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Rectify inaccurate data (via your Profile settings)
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to processing
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
